Rates
Our 2026 rates are listed below, and can be downloaded by clicking the download button at the top of the table. The listed base price for Roofed Accommodations and Campsites includes 2 adults, 2 children aged 15 and under, and 2 vehicles. High season rates apply from the last Friday in June (June 26, 2026) up to and including the first Monday of September (September 7, 2026), and the May long weekend. A late arrival fee may apply for check-ins past 9:00 pm. To view our availability calendar and request a reservation, click here.
​Roofed Accommodations: Additional adults $15/night, additional children age 15 and under $10/night. There is a $50 one-time pet fee (or $15 per night, whichever is less). A cleaning fee of $40 applies to stays of 3 nights or less in July and August.

Campsites: Additional adults are $15 per night, additional children age 15 and under $10/night. There is a one-time pet fee of $20, and a $15 surcharge for 1-night stays.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all reservations. We accept the following payment methods: online payments through credit card, Visa debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; e-transfer; over-the-phone payments by credit card or Visa debit card; and in-person payments by debit card, Visa debit card, credit card or cash. An invoice must be issued before making payment. A 2.4% card processing fee will be charged for all invoices and/or payments greater than $800 that are paid by prepaid gift cards, credit cards and mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. Please notify in advance before paying by any of these methods.

Cancellation Policy: If reserving 21 days or more in advance, a 50% deposit is required and is non-refundable and non-transferrable. If cancelling with less than 21 day's notice, half of your remaining balance will be charged. The full remaining balance will be charged for no-show. If reserving within 21 days of your arrival date, or if reserving for one night, the full amount is owing and is non-refundable.
