Our 2026 rates are listed below, and can be downloaded by clicking the download button at the top of the table. High season rates apply from the last Friday in June (June 26, 2026) up to and including the first Monday of September (September 7, 2026), and the May long weekend. The listed base price includes 2 adults, and 2 children aged 15 and under. Each additional adult is an extra $15 per night. Each additional child is an extra $10 a night.

Roofed Accommodation extra fees: Pet fee of $15 per night or $50 per week, whichever is less. $30 cleaning fee applies to stays 3 nights or less in July and August only.

Campsite extra fees: One time $20 per pet fee. $15 fee for 1-night reservations throughout the season and 2-night reservations in July and August.

​​​We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all reservations. We accept the following payment methods: online payments through credit card, Visa debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; e-transfer; over-the-phone payments by credit card or Visa debit card; and in-person payments by debit card, Visa debit card, credit card or cash. An invoice must be issued before making payment. A 2.4% card processing fee will be charged for all invoices and/or payments greater than $600 that are paid by prepaid gift cards, credit cards and mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. Please notify in advance before paying by any of these methods.

Cancellation Policy: If reserving 21 days or more in advance, a 50% deposit is required and is non-refundable and non-transferrable. If cancelling with less than 21 day's notice, half of your remaining balance will be charged. The full remaining balance will be charged for no-show. If reserving within 21 days of your arrival date, or if reserving for one night, the full amount is owing and is non-refundable.
