Seasonal Fees	Fee
Family Defined as Father/Mother and unmarried children under 18	$1205.13/ year
Administration Fee Also applies to existing seasonals moving to new sites. This fee will also include a one time site modification to adapt new trailer.	$500
Overnight Guests	Fee
Overnight Guests and Children 18+	$8 / night
Children (Ages 4-17)	$3 / night
Children (Ages: Birth-3)	FREE / night
